The staff were very friendley & heplfull. The location was good just a short walk to all bus services & city centre. The accomodation was clean & warm but a little out of date. The full Irish breakfast was very nice. Perfect stay for a weekend break.

We really appreciated the lovely staff, the delicious breakfast and most of all the location: noiseless and really really close to O' Connell Street. The price and the cleaning are reasonable. The building is quite old, but nice.

Location
Bed - mattress, pillows, blankets, curtains -decor. The first night I had a stiff neck and I also had to request more blankets as there was only one available in the room. There was also no decaffeinated coffee available. I could not even request a boiled egg as they did not have the facilities to boil them. I would also not call the breakfast an Irish breakfast it's not any different to a normal english breakfast.

The location.
I returned back to the hotel at 3am. It took about 5 mins for the guy to answer the door and he then told me sleepily that I was the last one back. I felt like I was a child who had missed my curfew. I wouldnt recommend the hotel, solely on this comment, as I wouldnt want my friends to feel the same way I did.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. A maid service cleaned, made the beds and changed over the towels each day of my visit. It was quiet at night, and there was 24hr staffing. The cooked breakfast was large and tasty, and you could help yourself to an unlimited amount of toast.
The room was a little cold and the heater didn't work. The shower wasn't the best.
